Tyshea's Skeleton Hoodie 2

Description

Same hoodie, just wanted to post better pics.

This was long hard work.

I didn't add the pelvis part because I have curves and it just looked odd on me. Also, the hood doesn't look quite as cool as the one in the design drawing. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a hoodie with a gigantic awesome hood, and this one's rather small. :( Teeth probably should've been slanted too instead of completely horizontal. ah well.

I did a lot of detail work. I even taped up the zipper teeth and painted the cloth on the inside of the fold.

I used soft fabric paint and about a roll and a half of masking tape. Also... it's glittery! You can't really tell in the pics but I mixed into the paint white/light purple shades of glitter and then sprinkled glitter over the top of the paint while it was still wet.

I made sure all the bones, arm ones especially, matched up. Arms are bent weird here but the humerus goes from the outside of my shoulder to the back of my elbow and the radius and ulna go from the back of my elbow to the top of my wrist. The carpus lay on top of my wrist or hand depending on how stretched out the sleeves are.

Even so, there's some mistakes. The paint bled through and its not noticable except theres a few white splotches on the inside. The shiny part on the hood is where I made a mistake and had to cover with black paint. It's not as noticable in person.

I DID NOT design this. The original design is here: tyshea.deviantart.com/art/Skel…

I would buy one of these in a heartbeat if I could find one just like this...great job! Is there any chance you'd do a commission for one of these?
